LOCKER ROOM TOUR SCHEDULE

Due to the extreme circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected every aspect of the global economy, all event refund requests shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Withdrawal Prior to the Event

In the event a properly registered participating team wishes to withdraw and submits a refund request at least 45 days prior to the beginning of the scheduled event, DeLuca Dynamics, LLC shall issue a full refund less a processing fee equal to 10% of the registration price. DeLuca Dynamics, LLC shall not honor refund requests received less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the scheduled event.

DeLuca Dynamics, LLC reserves the right to alter its policy on a case-by-case basis should unusual or extreme circumstances arise.

Refunds due to Event Cancellation

If a DeLuca Dynamics, LLC event is fully canceled due to weather or other conditions, properly registered teams will receive full refunds minus all processing fees. DeLuca Dynamics, LLC may, at its sole discretion, withhold a processing fee equal to 20% of the registration price. DeLuca Dynamics, LLC shall issue refunds within 90 days of the event’s scheduled date of completion. Under no circumstances shall DeLuca Dynamics, LLC be obligated to issue a refund to any team that completes two scheduled games at an event. DeLuca Dynamics, LLC reserves the full right to shorten or alter games at its events in order to complete as many games as possible. Any team that fails to participate in a scheduled game where referees and an opposing team are present at the scheduled field shall not be eligible for a refund.

In the force majeure event that an outbreak of communicable disease and/or a governmental order prohibiting mass events make holding an individual event impossible, impracticable, or illegal, DeLuca Dynamics, LLC shall handle all refunds on a case-by-case basis. DeLuca Dynamics, LLC further reserves the right to alter its policy on a case-by-case basis should unusual or extreme circumstances prohibit participation by a properly registered team.

By registering for a DeLuca Dynamics, LLC event, I authorize employees or agents of the organization to record and edit into video/photograph the name, likeness, image and voice of this camper and to use all or parts of the video/photograph in print and electronic materials for the organization to illustrate and promote the organization, DeLuca Dynamics, LLC and for no other purpose.
